When Oobi, Uma, and Grampu go on a nature walk, they spot the chipmunk eating an acorn. They keep their distance from it, making sure not to disturb it while it eats. Like most of the animals on the show, the chipmunk doesn't talk, but it can be heard chittering. Looks The chipmunk is a fair-skinned hand puppet. It has dark, beady eyes and a pair of fluffy ears, worn around the middle finger. It has brown and white stripes of fur on its back. Its fingers are curled in the front to look like a head, and its thumb acts like an arm/paw.
