Club Noggin

Club Noggin Location U.S. Opened April 2004 Producer GGP Malls Club Noggin was a monthly live event based on the Noggin brand. It was held at GGP Malls across the United States from April 2004 to July 2006. Every month, the club featured a different show from Noggin, and attendees could watch clips from the show and make crafts based on it. Oobi was the featured character for a few different Club Noggin events, beginning in September 2004. (source) Oobi and Kako appeared in TV commercials for Club Noggin. Tagline Official tagline (source 1, source 2): Each month, the club will feature a different NOGGIN character, helping to attract kids to the club again and again. The activity stations will offer kids a fun and engaging way to use their hands and minds. Most importantly, kids may interact in small groups, working with trained adults to assist them. Parents will remain in the club area until the club session has been completed. This Tuesday participants will sing songs, have fun at activity stations and watch a short video starring Oobi. Oobi is a TV show based on NOGGIN's own Parents' Choice Gold Award-winning series. Description Oobi Eyes Each month for two years, Noggin distributed sets of craft supplies to many different GGP Malls across the U.S. They always coordinated with a particular show, and occasionally had a seasonal/holiday theme as well. Craft sessions lasted for an hour, while episode screenings lasted for 15 minutes at a time. Oobi was usually featured in the spring and fall months, and outdoor episodes were screened. The events were hosted by trained YMCA leaders. For a few special events near the end of Club Noggin's run, TV actors (like Donovan Patton, "Joe" from Blue's Clues) made guest appearances. Oobi Eyes were given out when Oobi was the featured theme. This was one of only two events where official Oobi Eyes were available, along with a craft session at the Nick Hotel.
