Summary
After being bothered by their noisy neighborhood (sounds from a garbage truck, jackhammer and car horns), Grampu takes the kids on a nature walk, where Uma becomes excited to see an eagle. They use a checklist to check off the things they see: some flowers, a chipmunk, but no eagle. Just as they are about to leave, Uma spots the great bird! It is a great day outdoors.
Trivia/Goofs
- The garbage truck, jackhammer, and cars are never seen in the episode. Probably you just couldn't see them and only Oobi Uma & Grampu could.
- the cutscene of montage where Oobi, Uma and Grampu go at the flower hike is featured in the theme song
- Oobi asks Grampu "sigh now?" which some preschoolers wouldn't really understand.
- Probably 2 hands were handling the jackhammer because jackhammers have two handles for two hands. Or it was a special jack hammer for one hand.
- Cars for real are never seen through the series. Inka did have a car because there were engine and beeping sounds. Usually the gang just walks.
- Grampu actually has a blue strap with a pocket near the bottom.
- When Grampu says "no litter", it teaches viewers about environment.
- The garbage truck, jackhammer and cars were probably just sound effects.
- As Oobi, Uma and Grampu are getting ready to go on their nature walk, Grampu listens to the noises and says "Neighborhood, there goes." which is really "There goes the neighborhood.".
- This episode encourages people to have some peace and quiet every once in a while.
