"On & Off!" Episode number Season 1, Episode 36 Previous episode "Flush!" Next episode "Prince Oobi!" "On & Off!" is an episode of Oobi from season one. Like the rest of the season, it is a short that aired during commercial breaks. Plot Oobi and Kako are having fun with a lawn sprinkler outside. They run around while the water splashes them, cheering "Water!" every time. Suddenly, the water stops running. Oobi and Kako are confused. They try to keep playing, but it's hard because the water keeps stopping. Oobi and Kako notice the hose delivering the water to the sprinkler. They decide to follow it. When they reach the end, they find Uma playing with the faucet. She's pretending to drive a car by turning the faucet handle like a steering wheel. Oobi and Kako realize that she was the one turning the water on and off. They decide to let Uma keep playing.
