Scene 1: Oobi's favorite toy [Oobi is playing with his toy car in the living room.]
Oobi: Zoom! Zoom! Zoom! Zoom! Oh, hi. Oobi car. Red, fast. Zoom! Zoom! Zo-[Oobi realizes that his car has a squeaky wheel.]
Oobi: Squeak. Zoom, squeak! Zoom, squeak! Zoom, squeak! Oobi zoom squeak, you zoom squeak. You , zoom squeak. Yeah!Oobi and Voices: Zoom, squeak! Zoom squeak! Zoom squeak!Grampu :Oobi: Oh. Okay! [kisses his car] Play later.[Uma walks into the living room and sees Oobi's car.]
Oobi: Uma play Oobi's car?Uma: Please, Oobi? Share?Oobi: [reluctantly] Oobi share. Uma, careful.Scene 2: The broken car [Uma starts to play with Oobi's car.]
Uma: Zoom! Zoom! Zoom! Zoom![Oobi goes into the kitchen to help Grampu with the sink.]
[The car's wheel squeaks again.]

Uma: Squeak. Squeak, squeak, squeak! Squeak, squeak, squeak![Uma gets the same idea that Oobi had: to "squeak" with the viewers.]
Uma: Car squeak, you squeak. You , squeak!Uma and Voices: Squeak, squeak, squeak! Squeak, squeak, squeak![Uma pushes the car too hard and the wheel falls off. She puts the car down.]
[Uma moves the car off of the broken wheel.]
Uma: Oh... Oobi car... broken! Oh, uh... [gasps] Uma fix car! Yeah! Uma fix car![Uma puts the toy car on a big, blue block. She has a red toy wrench and red and yellow toy pliers.]
Uma: Uma fix car. Tools. Uma fix car.[Uma tries to put the wheel back on with the pliers, but she just makes it worse. The door falls off.]
[The car slides off the block and the hood falls off.]
Uma: [gasps] Door, tire! Oh, no! Oh, car broken. Fix... fix. Fix car. Um, fix. Fix car- Oobi car mess! Oh. [whimpering]Scene 3: Oobi comes back [Oobi comes back to check on his car.]
Oobi: (humming) Uh, Uma. Oobi car.Uma: Oh, uh, Oobi car? Red car?Oobi: Uh-huh. Uh, Uma? Oobi car...[Uma shows what's left of the toy car to Oobi.]
Oobi: [gasps] D-d-door!? T-tire!? Red car... Oobi's!? Oobi: UMA!!! OOBI CAR... BROKEN!! Oobi: OOBI, ANGRY, UMA, ANGRY, ANGRY, ANGRY!!! [Grampu comes into the living room. He has a big toolbox, which he puts aside.]
Grampu: Oobi? Uma? Problem?Oobi: G-Grampu! Oobi car! Uma play, not careful... broken! Angry![Oobi grunts in frustration as Grampu pats his head.]
Grampu: Oobi, Grampu understand. Car... broken. Oobi angry.Oobi: [shakes head] Angry.Grampu: Oobi? Uma little. Oobi big !Grampu: Uma mistake. Uma sorry.Oobi: [reluctantly] Okay...Uma: [gasps] Thank you, Oobi. [kisses him] Mwah!Grampu: Oh. Hmm. Oobi, Uma, Grampu fix car together.Uma: Fix car. Hmm, hmm, hmm.Scene 4: Fixing the car [Grampu uses a screwdriver from his toolbox to fix the car. Oobi and Uma help by holding the car down.]
Grampu: [puts the hood on] Mm-hmm. Car, fixed.[Oobi plays with the car again, but it still squeaks.]
[Uma grabs some oil and squirts it on the squeaky wheel.]
Oobi: Oh, careful, careful, careful!Oobi: [playing with the car] Zoom! Zoom! Uma fix. Car better. Thanks! [kisses Uma] Mwah.Uma: [leans in and hugs him] Ooh, mmm.Grampu: Oh, Oobi welcome.Oobi: Zoom! Zoom! [notices the viewers] Hey, Oobi "zoom," you "zoom." You , "zoom!"Oobi, Uma, Grampu, and Voices: Zoom! Zoom! Zoom, zoom, zoom.Scene 5: Interviews [The interview segments start. Kako is playing with a small hula hoop.]
Kako: Hoop. Kako toy. You toys?Grampu: [points to Kate's teddy bear] Favorite toy?Kate: Because I love him, and because he loves me. And because I love to play with him.Grampu: Oh. Toy lovely! Thanks, Kate.[Grampu pretends to tickle the teddy bear.]
Grampu: Tickle, tickle, tickle. Heh-heh-heh!Kate: [tickles Grampu] Tickle, tickle, tickle.Kako: [still playing with his hoop] Toys fun!Scene 6: Game segment [The game segment starts. Oobi is playing with his car, and Uma is playing with a toy firetruck.]
Uma: [imitating a siren] Weeooooh!Oobi: [puts his car in a toy garage] Garage.Oobi and Uma: [together] Game, game, game, game. Game, game, game, game. Game![Oobi sets out the car, the fire truck, and a toy bus. He has Uma remember the order of them.]
[He motions for her to look away. Off screen, he takes the bus and puts it in the garage.]
Uma: Hmm? Okay. [humming]Oobi: [off screen] Okay, Uma.Uma: Uma remember. Car, fire truck, um... car, fire truck, um...Uma: Car, fire truck, um... [to the viewers] you remember? You remember?Voice #1: [boy] The bus is missing.Uma: Yeah, yeah, bus. Bus, bus, bus.Oobi and Uma: Car, fire truck, bus!Oobi and Uma: [together] Car, fire truck, bus. Car, fire truck, bus.Uma: Mm-hmm. Wait. [humming]Oobi: [off screen] Okay, Uma.Oobi: You remember. You , remember. Fire truck, bus. You remember.Voice #3: [girl] It's the car!Oobi: Car, good! Car, fire truck, bus. Game over.[Uma pretends to take a ride on the fire truck.]
Uma: Weeoooh! Remember Uma!Oobi: Ha-ha-ha-ha! [turns to the viewers] Ah. Oobi, you, friends! Bye.Voice #4: [girl] Bye-bye, Oobi! Bye!Voice #5: [boy] Bye, Oobi.
