Oobi-Rex is Oobi's dinosaur counterpart and a minor character on Oobi. He was played by Tim Lagasse. DescriptionOobi-Rex is a fictional dinosaur. Like the normal Oobi, he is kind and usually soft-spoken. According to himself, he's king of the dinosaurs. He was created by Oobi for a storybook he wrote, called "The Lost Umasaurus." In the book, Oobi-Rex is eating some vines when he comes across Umasaurus. He sees that she is trapped behind them and helps her escape by eating away at the vines. Later, he helps her find her way home to Grampusaurus's house. Oddly, Umasaurus and Grampusaurus (Uma and Grampu's counterparts) are part of the same family, but Oobi-Rex isn't related to either of them. LooksOobi-Rex is mostly dark brown, with many yellow stripes and spots across his back. He has a crest on top of his head, similar to that of Corythosaurus. Like Oobi, he has hazel eyes.
