"Popcorn!" Episode number Season 1, Episode 12 Previous episode "Empty and Full!" Next episode "Worm!" "Popcorn!" is an episode of Oobi from season one. Like the rest of the season, it is a short that aired during commercial breaks. Plot Oobi and Kako walk into the kitchen and hear popcorn popping behind the counter. They ask Grampu if he's making popcorn, and he says it will be ready soon. Excited about their snack, Oobi and Kako decide to pretend to be popcorn. They "pop" up and down on the counter by closing their fingers into fists, then jumping in the air and extending their fingers. They invite the viewers to pop along with them as Grampu brings out a bowl of buttered popcorn. The kids and Grampu dig into their snack as the episode ends.
