Oobi: Oobi cat! Meow, meow. Uma: [giggling] Silly. Oobi: [notices the viewers] Oh, hi! Oobi meow-meow. You meow-meow. You, meow-meow. Oobi and Voices: [all] Meow, meow, meow, meow! Oobi: Yeah. Kako: Hey, Kako woof-woof. You woof-woof. You, woof-woof. Kako and Voices: [all] Woof, woof, woof, woof. Kako: [chuckling] Uma: [cheering] Oh, whoo-hoo, dog! Whoo-hoo, cat! Whoo-hoo! Whoo-hoo! Kako: Thank you, thank you. Uma: Whoo-hoo! Whoo-hoo! Kako: Hey, Kako idea. Oobi: Idea? Kako: Mm-hmm. Oobi, Kako, show. Oobi: Show? Kako: Mm-hmm. Show. Dog and cat. Oobi: [gasps] Show! Dog and cat! [Oobi and Kako walk off to find a stage. Uma notices they're gone and follows them.] Uma: [humming] Ooh, Uma help! Scene 2: Setting the stage [The scene cuts to Oobi, Uma, and Kako carrying a big cardboard box. They set it down on a table.] Oobi and Kako: [both grunting] Mmmm... uhhh. Oobi, Uma, and Kako: [all sighing] Oobi: Stage. Kako: Stage. Uma: Huh? Box. Oobi: Stage, Uma. Kako: Mm-hmm. Oobi: Oobi, Kako make. Uma: Ooh, Oobi, Kako make. Oh, Uma help! Uma help! Kako: Um... Uma help. Ooh. Flip box. Uma: Flip box. [Uma helps flip the box on its side.] Oobi, Uma, and Kako: [all grunting] Kako: Flip box. Oobi: Hmm... Uma: Hmm... Oobi: Turn box. Uma and Kako: [both] Turn box. [They turn the box around. A red curtain is inside.] Oobi, Uma, and Kako: [all grunting] Oobi: Ahh. Kako: Perfecto. Uma: Oh... Oobi: Curtain. Uma: [gasps] Curtain! Ooh. Oobi: [pointing to each part of the box] Stage top. Uma: Uh-huh. Oobi: Stage bottom. Uma: Ooh. Oh, curtain, Uma hang! Uma hang curtain. Oobi and Kako: Uma, no, no! Uma, Uma! [Uma tries to put up the curtain, but she makes the box collapse. She gets up and has the curtain over her, making her look like a sock puppet.] Oobi: Uma okay? Uma: Uma okay. [sighs] Sorry. Kako: [chuckles] Scene 3: Making costumes [The scene cuts to Oobi and Kako making their costumes in the kitchen. Oobi is wearing fake cat ears and whiskers. Kako is wearing paper cutouts made to look like dog ears.] Oobi: Pipe cleaner, whiskers. Meow! Kako: [humming] Paper, ears. Uma: Oh. Hmm. Um, Uma help? Oobi: Um...soon. Uma: Hmm. Uma help? Kako: Soon. Uma: Hmm. Uma help? Oobi: Um, soon. Uma: Uma help? Kako: Soon. Uma: [whimpers and sighs] Kako: Uma? Uma: Hmm? Kako: Glue? Uma: Ooh. Oobi: Glue! Uma: Ooh, Uma help. Uma glue. [humming] [Uma douses Oobi and Kako with glue, sticking their mouths together.] Oobi: Uh, Uma, good... Oobi and Kako: Uma, Uma! Uma, Uma! [straining] Oobi: Ugh! Uma! Kako: Stuck. Uma: Uma done. Oobi: Um, ooh, pull, pull. Uma: Oops, ooh. [Oobi and Kako try to pull their mouths apart. Uma grabs Kako and sends them flying to opposite sides of the room.] Oobi and Kako: [both yell] Uma: Sorry! Sorry! [whimpers] [Oobi and Kako come back, covered in paper and glue.] Uma: [gasps] Um...Uma help? Oobi and Kako: [angrily] Uma watch. Uma: [sadly] Uma watch. Scene 4: The big show [In the next scene, the stage is all finished. Grampu comes to see the show, dressed up in his fancy watch.] Grampu: [looking at the stage] Ooh! Uma: [still sad] Ah. Nice. Grampu: Showtime! Uma: Showtime. [sighs] [Oobi and Kako are backstage, rehearsing for the show.] Oobi: Kako. Kako: Hmm? Oobi: Open curtain. Kako: Oh. [Kako tries to open the curtain, but his dog costume gets in the way.] Kako: Um, Kako can't. Costume. Oobi try. Oobi: Oh! [grunts] Oobi can't. Costume. Kako: Oh. Uma? Open curtain? Oobi: Uma? [gasps] Uma open curtain. [whispers as Kako goes onto the stage] Go, go, go, go! [Uma and Grampu are still waiting for the show to start. Uma checks Grampu's watch.] Uma: [sighs] Grampu: [chuckles] Soon. Uma: Soon. Oobi: [off-screen] Uma, help! Uma: Oobi? [gasps] Oobi? Oobi? Oobi? Oobi: Uma, help. Uma: [gasps] Uma help? Oobi: Uma open curtain. Uma: [gasps] Uma open! Yeah, ooh, uh...hmm. [spits and stretches out her fingers] [Uma opens the curtain, revealing the stage. A bright forest scene is inside. Oobi and Kako pop out in full costume.] Oobi and Kako: [together] Ah. Uma: Uma helped! Uma helped. Oobi and Kako: [together] Thanks, Uma. [Oobi and Kako realize that they need to go behind the curtain.] Kako: Ooh. Oobi: Oh, oh! [They start the show.] Kako: Dog. Oobi: And cat! Kako: Dog bark. Ahem. [deadpan] Woof. Woof-woof. Woof. Oobi: [laughs] Oh, ooh, oh, uh, cat meow. Meow, meow! Kako: Woof. Oobi: Meow, meow... Uma and Grampu: [both giggling] Grampu: Silly. Uma: Yeah. Oobi: Meow, meow! Kako: Woof, woof. Oobi: Meow, meow. Scene 5: Interviews [The interview segments start. Oobi is in the living room, still wearing his cat costume.] Oobi: Oobi, Kako, show. You show? Kid #1: The greatest thing in a show is to be, like, I guess, excited. 'Cause if you did or didn't be in a show before, it's a great experience. Kid #2: I love being in a show because I get to do lots of jumps. And you get to go onstage, and everybody claps for you. Kids: [both imitating a cheering crowd] Yay! Good job! Bravo, bravo! You're great! You're really good! Yeah, yeah, yeah! Kako: Hi, Zoe. Zoe: Hi. [holds up a toy horn] Kako: [gasps] Horn. Zoe play? Ooh. Zoe musician. Zoe good. Oobi: [gasps] You show. Bravo! Yeah. [chuckles] Scene 6: Game segment [both laughing] Oobi and Kako: Cat. Hat. Hat. Cat. Cat! Hat! Oobi: [gasps] Oobi game! Kako: Ooh. Oobi and Kako: [together] Game game, game game. Game game, game game.
