Transcript

"Toys!" is an episode of Oobi from season one. Like the rest of the season, it is a short that aired during commercial breaks.

Plot

Uma is trying to have fun alone by playing with her stuffed rabbit, but she is bored. She lifts her rabbit up and down, saying "Hop" in a monotone voice each time. Oobi notices that she is lonely and decides to cheer her up by introducing his toy lizard to her rabbit.

They make the rabbit and the lizard friends, and Oobi suggests that they chase each other. The rabbit "chases" the lizard and hops on top of it. Oobi and Uma laugh and put the toys down. Uma looks at Oobi and says that she loves him, and Oobi says that he loves her, too.

Along with "Itsy Bitsy Spider!", this short was never included in TVOntario's cable listings. Its existence was unknown until footage of it was uploaded to the Internet Archive.
